php apache mysql phpmyadmin localhost

You can install latest version of php and apache from synaptic package manager also you can install addons to..
Your localhost folder will be /var/www/
Install mysql-server and phpmyadmin. the shortcut of phpmyadmin will appear at /www folder.
I recommend to install Mysql Administrator and Mysql Query Browser.
dont forget to install apache modules for php, mysql, python(optional), tomcat, java there are more more modules.
